A DUI charge requires a serious defense

A DUI conviction can change your life. The consequences are almost always severe, you could lose your driving privileges, face fines, and even spend time in jail. Of course, this isn’t to mention the damage to your reputation.

However, it’s important to remember that people charged with a crime still have rights. The police and prosecutors must adhere to legal standards before, during, and after the arrest. A misstep by the authorities could result in the case being thrown out.

A DUI defense lawyer can identify flaws in the prosecution’s case and provide a thorough defense of your rights in a court of law.

Birmingham, Alabama residents should act quickly. The early stages of a criminal case have a disproportionate impact on the outcome.
